❞It's gonna be a hot summer.❝ Not only the weather changes for summer, it's also our beauty and make-up routine that tends to change for summer time. When it's getting really hot outside you obviously don't want a heavy full face of make-up which is going to melt away anyways, but you still want to look kind of put together, right?
I prepared a little shopping list with some of my must have beauty products for summer and some little tricks on how to take care of your skin for summer time. Click the button below to start reading.

I think we underestimate the sun and her intensity sometimes, so it's super important to always use a foundation with SPF (sun protection factor) in it during summer time. I always thought it's enough if I just put on normal foundation 'cause the sun can't get through... Well, wrong!!! Always use products with SPF in it, even for your moisturizer.

If you're one of those people who looove a perfectly made lip or you just wear lipstick on a daily day bases, just like me (as you can see in this article), then you should definitely always use a lipliner first. Because it's so warm outside the lipstick is going to melt away even faster. Using a lipliner first is going to stop the lipstick from melting out of the line. You can check out this article where I was talking about how you can achieve the perfect nude lips.

Now, I have to admit that I am a huge admirer of a perfectly glowing face and for summer, we can go even crazier with all the highlights 'cause the sun is going to hit them even better. I always recommend using a powder highlight for summer just because I feel like it's not melting away too quickly (instead of a cream highlight).

Besides my lips, I aaalways need to have my nails done. I basically feel kind of naked when I don't have my nails painted. For summer, I love to experiment with bright, colorful and fun colors (or even light natural colors but with high coverage just like in this article). If you're already having a little tan, bright colors are going to make your tan pop out even more. And don't forget your toes!
